Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies may arise and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. However, no-shows and last minute cancellations greatly impact our business; therefore, no-shows and appointments cancelled less than 24 hours of appointment time will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Non-refundable deposits cannot be transferred to another date for no-shows and less than 24hr cancellations.
